I hope it is banned

The US Supreme Court will finally hear the case on "partial-birth abortions" or how others like to call it late term abortions. I don't care where you stand on the abortion issue, this is cruel and inhumane - in particular because a baby in the last trimester can survive. Do we not have premies all the time? In particular in the seventh-month?

A partial birth abortion kills a child. And if executing a criminal by lethal injection is cruel, a partial birth is inhumane.

I really hope the US Supreme Court supports the ban on partial birth abortions.
