From the WTF department

Ok, this has nothing to do with Cuba or the US for that matter, but being that this blog is also about social commentary, I couldn't let this pass. This is the most outrageous piece of news I've heard, since the existence of Jesus was put on trial in Italy. Surprisingly, this time, the event in question also happened in Italy.

Italy's highest court ruled Friday that a man who raped the 14-year-old daughter of his girlfriend can seek to have his sentenced reduced because the girl was sexually active, news reports said.
