Cuba Unstable Country

When the Bearded Stooge dies in two to five years. Gee, you think so? The US has added Cuba to it's list of countries at risk of instability, due to its recent worries about the Bearded Stooge's health.

I honestly have no clue what it means to be added to this list, except that the US expects the Bearded Stooge to estirar las patas you know, kick the bucket in two to five years. In light of that fact, they expect Cuba to de-stabilize upon his death; that the US is seriously considering the consequences the Bearded Stooge's death can bring. However, they say nothing of what being included in this list means...

Will the UN intervene as in Haiti? Or will the world once again leave us alone and look the other way?
