I Have a Baby!!!!

No I'm not pregnant. But you see this beautiful girl to the left? That is Gabriela Maria Lugo Ramos and she is my Goddaughter!!

I'm a madrina! I still can't believe it myself. This is the first true bond I will have with a child; a lifelong bond. Many Easters ahead - you know Easter is el dia de los ahijados. Many birthdays, many Christmases and Reyes and of course many santos!!!!

I will be part responsible for the life of this little one, of her rearing, of her values, of her morals, of her religion. Godforbid anything happens to her parents, this little angel is my responsibilities in the eyes of God.

I swear, this is the most responsibility I've had since I agreed to get married.

I'm so excited!!! I cannot wait for the christening!!!!
