The Far Reach of Cuban Food

For me, living here in New England with not a single Cuban restaurant around, unless of course I go to The Cuban Revolution, and if you've been around long enough you know its not a place a dissident Cuban, or any person with a shred of dignity, would go into (unless of course you are totally ignorant!), finding that people in Kansas City have Cuban Food available, was a pleasurable surprise...."We are not in Kansas anymore".

It makes me miss my Miami days, where I must admit, I had great Cuban Food available. I guess I need to start cooking a bit more often to please my palate.....so happy that "Las Crimases" are coming!!!!!!!
